All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through our Website are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. So, before you make a purchase, make sure you want it! Thank you for understanding that small businesses can't accommodate like large businesses can.

Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items
We only offer replacements or refunds in the event that an item arrives:

• Damaged during shipping, or
• Incorrect (you received the wrong item)

To request a replacement or refund, you must contact us within [5–7 days] of delivery at neighborhoodartcart@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or video of the item and packaging

Failure to provide this information within the required timeframe may result in denial of your request.

Resolution Process
If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

• Send a replacement item, or
• Issue a refund to your original payment method

We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If we send a replacement item, we will cover replacement shipping fees. 

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”
